The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in the replacement of windows and doors in the historic manor house which is the seat of the Social Welfare Home in Dbrowo, located on registered plots no. 136 and 145/2, Leszczyna area, Jew commune. Scope of the orderThe scope of work includes: 1. Dismantling existing external window sills.2. Disassembly of existing windows and doors to be replaced.3. Loading, transport and transfer of demolition materials for disposal in accordance with with applicable regulations.4. Delivery and installation of new wooden windows.5. Delivery and installation of wooden external doors.6. Installation of external window sills made of copper sheet.7. Execution of frame processing after the installation of joinery, including: o filling in gaps, o execution of renovation plasters, painting of mineral-silicate paints in the colors of the existing façade.8. Sealing the joints between the joinery and the wall using warm assembly methods.9. Carrying out all accompanying works necessary for the proper completion of the investment.10. Tidying up the area after completing the works.
