1. The subject of the order is the replacement of an internal vertical lift (elevator) for people with special needs with a new device at the District Clinic in Sejny, ul. Wojska Polskiego 60D. The works include: preparation of technical documentation and cost estimates installing an internal vertical lift on a new device (elevators), dismantling the old elevator, installing a new elevator (elevator), performing other necessary works and obtaining all permits for its use.2. The device is intended for people with special needs needs, disabled people (including patients, employees). 3. The Ordering Party requires that the devices delivered as part of the order are brand new, undamaged, unused and free from third party rights.
