The subject of the procurement is the replacement of ventilation filters in the housing rights companies owned by Helsingin Asumisoikes Oy ("Haso") in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices. Hankintaan sisältyvät: - object-specific ventilation filters preparing exchange calendars in cooperation with Haso - maintaining target-specific exchange calendars - ordering ventilation filters from Haso's partner - installing ventilation filters and cleaning equipment related to ventilation - delivery of used ventilation filters for recycling - making the necessary entries in the FIMX system In addition, the purchase includes the obligation to check the listing of equipment related to ventilation for each object, cataloging ventilation filters and recording possible deviations in the FIMX system. A framework agreement is concluded with the selected service provider, within the framework of which the exchange work of the ventilation filters is ordered. Haso does not commit to specific ones to the purchase quantities, but replacement work for ventilation filters is purchased as needed. The contract does not give the selected service provider the exclusive right to deliver ventilation filter replacement work to Haso. Haso estimates that the replacement work of ventilation filters is ordered for a total of around 120, 000 euros (VAT 0%) per year. Detailed information is presented in the procurement documents.
