The subject of the procurement is the replacement of ventilation filters carried out in the housing rights companies owned by Helsingin Asumisoikes Oy ("Haso") in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. The procurement includes:- site-specific ventilation filters preparing replacement calendars in cooperation with Haso- maintaining site-specific replacement calendars- ordering ventilation filters from Haso's partner- installing ventilation filters and cleaning ventilation-related equipment- used delivery of ventilation filters for recycling - making the necessary entries in the FIMX system In addition, the purchase includes the obligation to check the listing of ventilation-related equipment for each object, the ventilation filters cataloging and recording of possible deviations in the FIMX system. A framework agreement is concluded with the selected service provider, within the framework of which the ventilation filter replacement work is ordered. Haso does not commit to specific procurement quantities, but ventilation filter replacement work is procured as needed. The contract does not give the selected service provider the exclusive right to deliver ventilation filter replacement work to Haso. Haso estimates that ventilation filter replacement work will be ordered for a total of approx. For 120, 000 euros (VAT 0%) per year. Detailed information is presented in the procurement documents. Haso tenders the ventilation filters separately.
