The subject of the order is: Replacement of thermal insulation on the overhead network in Koronowo (towards the K-20 chamber) - fragment II. Scope of work: The subject of the task is the replacement of thermal insulation and protective coatings in the overhead heating network 2xDN200 (range marked on the map - Annex No. 7 to SWZ), taking place in the form of one of the applied (selected) technologies taking into account the nature of the isolated elements, i.e.: a) for straight sections of the pipeline, it should be done by: putting on service pipe of a steel sheet casing and then filling the space between the steel pipe and the protective polyurethane foam produced by a foaming unit or assembly of PUR foam shells and then a steel sheet jacket galvanized in a non-composite form or installation of prefabricated insulation shells made of PUR foam, combined with a galvanized steel sheet jacket, constituting a prefabricated insulation system or installation of mineral wool mats, with one-sided trimmed with a mesh made of galvanized steel wire and covered on the side of the mesh with a veil of dispersed fibers, and then covered with a protective jacket made of galvanized sheet metal, with the steel jacket reinforced by installing additional sheets of sheet metal with a thickness of 2 mm, bent in the shape of the jacket and mounted directly under the actual protective jacket in the upper parts of the pipeline.
