Replacement tank fire truck As part of the ongoing maintenance of the vehicle fleet, the Langenthal fire department will replace its existing tank fire engine 2 from 2001 in 2027. The new vehicle will be used for a wide range of operations the fire brigade in the city of Langenthal, in the community of Bleienbach and in the region, as well as ensuring redundancy to the existing tank fire engine 1. The aim is to procure the latest generation of tank fire engines replaces the previous vehicle in terms of technology, outreach, payload, driving and operating safety as well as its material equipment and increases the operational efficiency and thus the overall operational value.
