"REPLACEMENT (SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, ADJUSTMENT AND COMMISSIONING) OF GAS ANALYZER EQUIPMENT FOR THE NEEDS OF TWO FACILITIES OF "TOPLOFICATIA SOFIA" EAD" The subject of this order is "Replacement (delivery, installation, adjustment and commissioning) of gas analyzer equipment for the needs of two sites of "Toplofikatsiya Sofia" EAD", and the site - in the sense of Article 3, paragraph 1, item 2 of the ZOP, is "the supply of goods carried out through purchase, leasing, rental or financial leasing, with or without the right to purchase, as and all necessary preliminary activities for the use of the goods, such as installation or assembly work, testing of machines and equipment and others". Detailed requirements for the execution of the public procurement are contained in the attached to the file of same Technical Specification.
