Advance publication - Replacement Superheaters Line 5 - HVC Dordrecht NV HVC intends to initiate a multiple private tender for the engineering, supply and installation of a minimum of two and a maximum of four new superheaters for Line 5 of the waste-to-energy plant in Dordrecht. With this pre-publication, HVC informs the market about the proposed assignment and offers any interested parties the opportunity to express their interest. This publication is non-selective and there no rights can be derived from it. 1. Project description The current superheaters of Line 5 have reached the end of their technical lifespan after approximately 17 years of use. Due to wear and leaks, replacement is necessary to ensure operational reliability to ensure continuity of the installation. The assignment concerns the replacement of the existing steam bundles with identical new bundles, including engineering of production drawings, production, delivery and installation. 2. Scope of the assignment (global) The intended assignment is expected to include: engineering production drawings; production of the new superheater bundles; delivery on location; disassembly of existing bundles; lifting work and opening/closing the roof; installation of the new bundles; performance of NDT activities; extorting the bundles.
