The Content Management entity of the Digital Working Environment Directorate (ETN-GDC) of the DGNSI, in charge of operating the publishing platform, plans to replace the current platform in order to ensure the publishing of State documents. Vaud. Each year, the DGNSI manages more than 700 document models and generates nearly 30 million documents from 84 business applications, a volume that is constantly increasing. Since 2005, the State of Vaud has relied on a platform which, although having supported documentary production for nearly two decades, is now reaching the end of its technological life cycle. The document constitutes the central and binding means of the State to contract and communicate its services to those administered. In this context, the Vaud Cantonal Administration (ACV) must equip itself with a modern, efficient, secure and reliable publishing platform, enabling it to implement its documentary production strategy. The project aims to replace the platform existing while maintaining the current scope of use, guaranteeing the sustainability and rationalization of documentary production in the State of Vaud, and making it possible to disengage from the current solution.
