Tender Details

The subject of the order is the performance of construction and conservation works consisting in the replacement of the shingle roof covering along with the necessary repairs of the roof framing and local repairs of the structure of the Nieboczów GPE 3400 church, located on the premises Grnolski Ethnographic Park Museum in Chorzów at ul. Parkowa 25 The scope of work includes: a) dismantling the old roof covering, bells, porch and shingle outbuildings, b) necessary repairs of the existing wooden structure of the roof truss and the structure of outbuildings, c) replacement of damaged battens, d) disassembly of the formwork of the turrets on the turret to the extent necessary, e) conservation of the cross on the turret and the weather vane f) implementation of a new roof covering with shingles together with the necessary accompanying works g) carrying out disinfestation and repairs of the carcass to the necessary extent. The detailed scope of the order includes the Specification of Contract Conditions (hereinafter referred to as SWZ), as well as the technical documentation constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, which consists of: a) conservation work program, b) auxiliary bill of quantities, c) STWiORBd) supporting archival documentation.
