The purpose of this contract is the replacement of exterior metal joinery of the CSCB, an associative premises managed by the city of Sceaux. The operation aims to install functional joinery, as close as possible to the existing one, while improving the thermal and acoustic performance of the building. The replacement concerns two sets of large steel joinery: those of the workshop and the machine room (4 carpentry sets), as well as those of the management offices (3 joinery sets). The work also includes the installation of solar protection for the premises of the workshop and the machine room, the maintenance of occultations for the offices, as well as the installation of laminated safety glazing on all the joinery.
