4.2.1. The subject of the order is the replacement of the roof covering on a multi-family municipal building, in accordance with the submitted design documentation, the decision on the construction permit and the bill of quantities. The contractor will carry out construction works bearing in mind that the building the subject of the order is an active, inhabited building.4.2.1 The description of the subject of the order is supplemented by the following attachments to the content of the Specification of Terms of Order: Design scan of Duga Wie 25 KO WKZ permit4.3. Balanced accepted material types devices (indicated in the technical documentation) were used only as examples to describe the subject of the order. The contractor is entitled to present in its offer equivalent materials and devices with no worse parameters. The contractor should identify them parameters to demonstrate that they meet the conditions specified in the description of the subject of the order. Equivalent solutions, according to their definition, must have parameters and meet standards no worse than the products given as an example.
