Invitation to Bid

for

Replacement of Roofing of AFP Theater



1) The Armed Forces of the Philippines through GHQ Bid and Awards Committee 4 through the AFPFC Trust Receipts intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Four Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Sixty Pesos and Forty Centavos (PHP 9, 469, 060.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Replacement of Roofing of AFP Theater. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The AFP through GHQ BAC 4 now invites bids for Replacement of Roofing of AFP Theater. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed to include eight (8) days for unfavorable weather conditions. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
