The subject of the order are construction works related to the replacement of the roof covering of the building of the village community center in Sonecznik, Sonecznik district, unit no. 202. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1. Roof covered with metal tiles. Setting up system scaffolding around renovated building Demolition of the existing roof covering together with tiles, sheet metal flashings, metal gutters Demolition, inspection of the technical condition of the roof structure, if necessary, replacement of rotten structural elements Execution thermal insulation of the roof surface with studs. Execution of eaves for future thermal insulation of external walls. Execution of flashings from boards or OSB-3 boards for eaves and gables, creating a resistor for PIR boards. Arrangement of payers and battens and the roof membrane. Execution of flashings from coated sheets in colors agreed with the Investor. Installation of gutters.
