Replacement Robot Street Genome analysis Description:The Laboratory for Genome Analysis of the Amsterdam UMC wants to replace the current robot street in the coming years. This consists of 13 robots for the different flows within the laboratory. Since the Diagnostics must continue and if there is insufficient space available, the various robots will have to be replaced in phases. Replacement is required for the following flows: It is good to know that not every robot must be able to run all flows • Being able to quantify, dilute and aliquot DNA and RNA samples. (preferably as 1 system of az/storage system integrate with robot system) • Use of NGS flows such as Short read Illumina Library preps and Long read Nanopore Library preps. • Purify of PCR reactions, such as Sanger sequencing but also NGS flows • Processing a multiple of 96 or more samples • Processing 24 or fewer samples Main assignment (CPV code):38340000-0 Instruments for measuring quantities
