Zakładowa 3, 88-190 Barcin Work completion date: January - February 2027 (WTA 2027 winter shutdown period) Detailed scope of work: In accordance with the attached technical documentation, the task includes comprehensive disassembly, prefabrication, delivery, assembly and commissioning of the new control system. The works include in particular: Disassembly works: disassembly of the existing, worn-out control cabinet with strict observance and description of the sequence connection of individual pulsators. Delivery and prefabrication of the cabinet: purchase and prefabrication of the iUS-12AK type pulsator control cabinet with the following specifications: Powder-coated steel casing (e.g. Rittal AE1060.500 with dimensions 600x600x210 mm) ensuring a minimum protection level of IP65/IP66. The control system is based on the Unitronics M91-2-T38 controller. Power supply for the controller and 12 solenoid valves: 230V AC 50Hz. Support for 12 pressure sensors (pressure switches). Possibility controlling a sequence of pulsators and individually starting devices directly from the cabinet facade (local control).
