Expression of interest for Replacement of Projection Screens at the UNESCAP, Bangkok, Thailand.

The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) intends to replace the existing centre mounted motorized projection screens including all accessories in meeting rooms at the United Nations Conference Centre (UNCC), which is located in the UNESCAP Complex, on Rajadamnern Nok Avenue, Bangkok, Thailand.

General Scope of Works:

1. Remove the existing motorized projection screens and accessories.
2. Supply and install new projection screens, of similar dimensions to existing taking into account of
modern wide screen format projection.
3. Verify structural supports, and install new as required to support the new screens.
4. Supply and install all necessary wiring, controls, and switches as necessary to ensure a fully
functional and fit for purpose projector screen system.
5. Remote control of screen to be from the Control Booth and presentation area as existing.

For information purpose, the size of the existing screens to be replaced are as following:

1. Width 6, 960 mm or 274 inch; Height 4, 700 mm or 185 inch, Motorized screen.
2. Width 6, 230 mm or 245 inch; Height 4, 500 mm or 177 inch, Motorized screen.
3. Width 6, 230 mm or 245 inch; Height 4, 500 mm or 177 inch, Motorized screen.
4. Width 5, 190 mm or 204 inch; Height 4, 200 mm or 165 inch, Ocean 250”.
5. Width 3, 810 mm or 150 inch; Height 2, 650 mm or 104 inch, Motorized screen.
