The subject of the order is the selection of a contractor (designer), whose duty will be to develop replacement multi-discipline design documentation for the reconstruction of the Municipal Stadium in Olsztyn located at Aleja Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 69A, including the expansion of the stadium with parking lots and technical infrastructure located at ul. Piłsudskiego and including all necessary elements enabling obtaining a replacement building permit and implementing the investment, through introducing changes required by the Ordering Party in the design documentation prepared by PIG ARCHITEKCI Sp. z o. o. based in Warsaw, including all changes contained in the OPZ. As part of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to perform supervision copyright.
