The subject of the order is the replacement of a passenger lift and the reconstruction of the elevator shaft in the building of the District Court in Suwaki (design and build) with a brand new device in the building of the District Court in Suwaki at ul. Waryskiego 45. Construction works including: dismantling of the old elevator (devices, installations), construction and assembly works related to an additional stop at the basement level and installation of a new elevator (devices, installations) and accompanying works. The subject of the order also includes the development of documentation all industries adequate to the scope of works covered by the investment task (Architectural and construction design and Technical Design, STWiOR) necessary, within the meaning of the provisions of the Construction Law, to replace the crane and adapt the elevator shaft to obtaining an additional stop in the basement level of the building.2. The order includes the execution of design works and all works in accordance with the SWZ, a detailed description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, and the Functional and Utility Program, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ and the contract template constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ.
