Description : The project covers the replacement of parts and maintenance of the Passenger Boarding Bridge. The replacement of parts includes one (1) canopy closure, one (1) yellow bumper, one (1) obstruction light, one (1) rotary lamp, two (2) joysticks, one (1) steering PCB board, and two (2) solid tyres with rim size 40×16×30.
The scope of work also includes preventive maintenance services for two (2) Passenger Boarding Bridges for a period of twelve (12) months through monthly servicing. The preventive maintenance works shall include checking and repair of the PLC system, VFD system, HMI system, and wheel drive motor. It shall also include checking, repair, and refilling of lubricating oil for the cycle motor drive. In addition, cleaning and repair shall be conducted for the distance sensors, auto level sensors, safety shoe, docking sensors, height sensors, length sensors, steering sensors, and tunnel angle sensors.
