The purpose of this consultation is, within the framework of the operation by SERIVEL of the CITD sorting center of Vert-le-grand, to proceed with the designation of the Company which will be entrusted with the replacement of optical sorters of the CS1 line and the associated process modifications, as well as process optimizations on the CS2 sorting line. The service will be of the manufacturing and installation type and will include the unloading and installation of the optical sorters supplied by Pellenc, as well as all the studies, the manufacturing and installation of equipment such as chutes and conveyors affected by modifications. It will include in particular:The removal of all the elements necessary for the implementation of the new equipment; oThe lifting means, handling, scaffolding and temporary means of access necessary for the performance of the services;Project and installation studies including:oGeneral and detailed plans of the equipment provided by the Contractor and their installation;oFiles technical equipment supplied by the Contractor;The assembly and installation of the following elements:oOptical sorters and equipment supplied by PellencoAll equipment supplied by the Contractor;The removal of site equipment at the end of the work, including restoration of works damaged by the Contractor during the work; oThe work that the Contractor could be charged with, to be resumed or carried out as a guarantee of proper execution of the works...
