The existing Areva C264 RTUs are used for the transmission of power and water metering system data to existing SCADA system using IEC 60870-5-101 protocol. These RTUs are currently faulty and no longer supported by the OEM. Urgent upgrade or replacement with new RTUs BCUs is required.
