Reintegration of the following existing components from the current instrument at no additional cost to CCR/NCI: CFI60 Apochromat TIRF 100X Oil Immersion Objective Lens (N.A. 1.49), MCL 100 micrometer piezo nanopositioner with controller and electronics, EMCCD camera, C-NSTORM 647 filter set, C-FL TIRF CFP/YFP filter set, and NIS-Elements STORM acquisition and analysis software licenses

Installation must include full optical alignment, integration of all new components, reintegration of reused components from the existing instrument, and verification of complete system performance to manufacturer specifications.
