Delivery and installation of energy-saving LED luminaires along with dismantling and disposal of existing luminaires in courtrooms in the District Court building in Biaymstok. LOCAL VISION: 1. Pursuant to Art. 281 section 2 point 12 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party requires an on-site visit in order to familiarize the Contractor with the place of execution of the order and the field and technical conditions related to the execution of the order. Failure to fulfill this obligation (no participation in the on-site visit) will result in rejection of the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 18 of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law 2. The visit will take place on July 6, 2026 at 8:00 - participants gather in the Court building next to the cloakroom, 3. Participation in the on-site visit can be registered by e-mail to the following address: [email protected] 4. Additionally, each of the Contractors may notify the Ordering Party of their willingness to carry out a site visit, no later than one day before the date of the visit, by e-mail, if they cannot participate in the visit on the date set by the Ordering Party;5.
