The District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board (TBDSSAB) invites Bid Submissions (Bids) from qualified contractors for the removal and disposal of existing, and supply and installation of new bathroom and kitchen exhaust fans, range hoods, roof exhaust vents and all associated hardware, at a total of ninety-nine (99) residential units divided in four (4) projects across the District of Thunder Bay, Ontario.
All four projects will be awarded to one contractor. Please identify the cost of each project separately when submitting your bid. The total combined cost of all four projects will be the final bid amount (A + B + C + D).
All work to be completed by May 31, 2026.
