Ladies and Gentlemen, PKP Intercity Remtrak Sp. z o. o. kindly asks you to submit an offer for the purchase of new IT equipment. First stage - the stage of submitting offers. We assume two stages of the procedure. Procedure criteria: · Price - 100%. Specifications equipment and requirements - in the annexes to the procedure. We do not allow partial offers. Failure to submit an offer by the company in round 1 automatically excludes the company from submitting an offer in round 2. We require the submission of an offer in each round of the procedure as an attachment in a pdf file. with signatures of authorized persons and submitting the offer in the Purchasing Platform form. We reserve the right to reject offers that do not meet all the requirements and guidelines of the Ordering Party. We additionally require: - possession of in the team of a person who has the status of a certified service engineer of the manufacturer of the offered devices - sending a certificate in PDF, - a statement from the contractor that the certified service engineer will support the ordering party in contacts free of charge with the manufacturer (support during the warranty period) - submits a declaration, - references for a contract of min. PLN 500, 000.00 net in the last two years, related to the supply of computer equipment - sending references in PDF, - certified status of the seller of the manufacturer of the offered devices at the Gold Partner level or higher - sending the certificate in PDF, - so that the delivery date is no longer than 60 days from the date of signing the Agreement.
