The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task entitled: Replacement of insulation and surface on steel drawbridge spans on the power plant in Gdask-Sobieszewo. 2. The material scope of the works includes all works, activities and works necessary to perform the task investment project, including in particular: 1) preparatory and security works (including development, arrangements, implementation of the Temporary Traffic Organization, Quality Assurance Program and Technological Design); 2) demolition of the existing surface and insulation along with disposal of demolition materials;3) construction of a new surface and insulation, including tests, tests and checks;4) submission of complete as-built documentation;5) during the warranty period, twice-annual inspection (in autumn and spring) surface insulation, including ongoing maintenance and possible repairs.3. The detailed scope of the order and the terms of implementation were specified in the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. The remaining terms of order fulfillment have remained specified in the Draft Provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. Documents
