Description:-The scope of the Works includes the replacement of HV switchboards, transformers, LV switchboards, generator, together with connecting power and signal cables, and other associated accessories at Shing Mun Tunnels. The Contract period is scheduled to commence in Jun 2023 and for completion in Dec 2026.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Industrial Type Electrical Installation” or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Industrial Type Electrical Installation” who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
