Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from engineering consulting firms to design a heating system to replace the existing Hydronic Heating Systems at the seven (7) northern Long-Range Radar Sites (LRRs) at various locations in Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and the Yukon. The statement of work also includes the provision of the following professional services: Preparation of plans and specifications, and assistance during the tendering and construction phases.Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.
