PART 1: Thermal modernization works: The subject of the order are construction works related to the thermal modernization of the Primary School building in Przedcze, located on the plot marked with registration number 1, Przedcze area. As part of the task in question, it is planned to execution of the following construction works: insulation of external walls, insulation of the roof, ceiling and attic, replacement of window and door frames, sheet metal flashings, installation of nesting boxes for birds (in accordance with ornithological / chiropterological opinions), assembly CO level sensors, air quality meter, plastering and painting after replacing windows and central heating installations.
