1. The subject of the order is to replace heat sources and improve the energy efficiency of the Primary School. John Paul II in Dbiu.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the design documentation constituting Appendix No. 1 to SWZ..3. The ordering party recommends Before submitting an offer, contractors are required to visit the site of the works being carried out, after making an appointment with the Employer's representative by calling 63 26 28 277.4. The Contractor will be obliged to perform the Subject Matter of the Agreement in a reliable manner compliance with the principle of not causing serious damage to the environment (Do No Significant Harm DNSH), within the meaning of Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council and documents relevant to the source of financing of the Tasks, incl. in particular the co-financing agreement, program, recruitment regulations, guidelines, instructions and recommendations of the financing, auditing or controlling institution, to the extent that these requirements apply to works, supplies, services, materials, devices, technologies, organization of works and documentation remaining with the Contractor.
