Description : 1. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) is conducting procurement through Small Value Procurement for the project, “Replacement of Generator Set” with an approved budget for the contract (ABC) amounting to Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php950, 000.00).
2. One (1) Genset unit MUST BE fully delivered, installed, tested, commissioned and made operational within Five (5) calendar days from the winning supplier-s receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
3. Refer to the attached Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications (ANNEX A) for further details.
4. The GSIS now invites interested bidders to submit quotations for the above-mentioned project. Price Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Opening of Quotations.
5. A complete set of documents may be downloaded from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the GSIS website starting on 24 July 2026.
