Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in replacing wooden floors with PVC carpets in teaching rooms, offices, common room, corridors on the first floor of Primary School No. 2 in Ustka, located at ul. Jagielloska 1. 2. The subject of the order includes the performance of the following construction works: 2.1. Demolition works;2.2. Preparatory works;2.3. Works related to the replacement of floors;2.4. Cleaning works;2.5. Any other work necessary to be performed during implementation of the above works;3. A detailed description and scope of the works was included in the Construction Design and the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works, constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ entitled Description of the subject of the order. Additional description of the subject of the order, with comments for the lump-sum nature of the remuneration, includes the Bill of Quantities, constituting Appendix No. 10 to SWZ.4. The required minimum quality warranty period for the completed subject of the contract is 36 months and will be determined in accordance with the contractor's offer (offer evaluation criterion). The warranty covers liability for defects in the entire subject matter of the contract.5. The required warranty period for completed construction works is 60 months...
