Description : INVITATION TO BID

“Replacement of Floor Tiles and Repainting of the Interior Walls and Finishes of the Legal Service Office”

1. The Department of Budget and Management (DBM), through the FY 2022 General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (P2, 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Replacement of Floor Tiles and Repainting of the Interior Walls and Finishes of the Legal Service Office” (Project ID No. DBM-2022-25). For the purpose of early procurement authorized under Section 7.6 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, the proposed budget under the FY 2022 National Expenditure Program shall be used as basis. Further, consistent with the requirement in the same Section 7.6, no award of contract shall be made until the approval and effectivity of the FY 2022 General Appropriations Act.
