The Regional Procurement Support Office, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for:
REPLACEMENT OF FIVE (5) BLAST-RESISTANT WINDOWS - U.S. EMBASSY KIGALI, RWANDA
The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price type purchase order during the third quarter of calendar year 2026.
The successful contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of the contract within the established timeframe.
The United States Government Department of State (DOS), U.S. Embassy Kigali, Rwanda, requires construction services for the supply, delivery and replacement of five (5) blast-resistant windows at the U.S. Embassy Kigali Chancery, while maintaining the existing architectural appearance, protective function, building-envelope performance, and compatibility with the existing window assemblies and fixtures.
The work is intended to be a replacement-in-kind project. The Contractor shall not redesign the Chancery window system or introduce a materially different appearance, frame system, glazing appearance, fixture arrangement, or installation configuration unless specifically approved in writing by the Government.
The magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $400.000, 00 and $900.000, 00
