This Request for Information (RFI) is issued in accordance with the FAR 10.001 to determine the availability and technical capabilities of qualified sources. Please respond to the questions in section 3.0.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333914, Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The FAR Provision found at 52.204-7(b)(1) requires that all offerors obtain a UEI to register in SAM. You may access the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. 2.0 DESCRIPTION OF ANTICIPATED NEED

The East Orange VA Medical Center is seeking to replace the building s fire pump. The contractor must provide all resources necessary to supply one (1) pump and deliver replacement fire pump as specified below, this procurement is for equipment only. The contractor shall supply a replacement that matches the specifications of existing pump unit. The replacement pump shall be new. The contractor must ensure the pump is compliant with NFPA, VA and manufactures standard.
