Replacement of the external platform for the disabled in the NZOZ building located at Pl. Spiski 1 in Poznań, including preparation of assembly and operation documentation, obtaining authorization for operation and registration of platforms for disabled people in Office of Technical Inspection. Submitting an offer in the procedure is tantamount to accepting the content of all documents attached to the procedure in question, in particular: - IPU with attachments - Bill of Quantities - STWiOR - GDPR (included in the IPU) - GTC, the Ordering Party informs that it intends to allocate the value of PLN 68, 761.92 gross to finance the subject of the order. The Ordering Party reserves that the Contractor's offer may not be selected as the most advantageous, regardless of the number of points obtained or the price, in case when: the contractor whose offer was selected as the most advantageous in the proceedings previously conducted by the Ordering Party, avoided concluding the contract, in particular by: * refusing to sign the contract, * failing to sign it in specified deadline, * other actions or omissions resulting in the inability to conclude a contract with the Contractor, * during the last 3 years before the deadline for submitting offers, the Contractor improperly performed the contract concluded with the Ordering Party, in particular when: - to terminate the contract, withdraw from the contract or terminate it for reasons attributable to the Contractor, - contractual penalties were charged for delay or improper performance, - serious or repeated failures in the performance of obligations were found contractual conditions, - the service provided did not meet the requirements specified in the contract or documentation, and the Contractor did not remove the defects within the prescribed period.
