Description : 1) The Municipality of Esperanza, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Two Pesos (Php1, 318, 292.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Replacement of Existing Roofing of the Legislative Session Hall Building (Phase-I) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Esperanza now invites bids for Replacement of the existing 200 2q.m. roofing, including installation of steel roof framing of Legislative Session Hall Building, Poblacion, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur Completion of the Works is required 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within “within five (5) years” from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
