1.The Local Government Unit of San Mateo, Isabela (LGU-SMI), through the Annual General Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum Six Hundred Eight Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Three Pesos and 79/100 (Php 608, 393.79) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Replacement of Evacuation Center Roofing at San Manuel, San Mateo, Isabela (B2026-002-INFRA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The LGU-SMI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within twenty (20) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
