SPS is requesting quotations for the replacement of equipment listed in the excel spreadsheet pricing form. Respondents are invited to submit quotations for exact or equivalent equipment. All Equipment will be shipped directly to the schools named in the pricing form. All pricing shall be provided in Canadian funds, inclusive of all applicable duties and taxes except for applicable sales taxes, which should be itemized separately. Rates quoted by the supplier shall be all-inclusive and shall include all labour and material costs, all travel and carriage costs, all insurance costs, all costs of delivery, all costs of installation and set-up, including any pre-delivery inspection charges, and all other overhead, including any fees or other charges required by law. Any award resulting from this RFQ does not guarantee a minimum purchase volume unless expressly stated otherwise in a subsequent agreement.
