The task involves replacing the electrical installation with accessories with a surface-mounted one in a commercial premises at ul. Bugaj 15/17 based on the technical design of the electrical industry "Renovation and performance of construction works to change the method of use residential premises No. 2 (historical studio) for service premises with educational and exhibition functions in a multi-family residential building, located in Warsaw at ul. Bugaj 15/17” author: BOI Michał Machnikowski of December 14, 2023, MWKZ decision of June 27, 2024 and Building permits. The scope includes: dismantling of switchboards and meter boards, installation of boards and surface-mounted installations - braided cables (black) with accessories imitating mid-air systems. 20th century - examples attached. Scope of works covered the procedure covers only the replacement of the electrical installation. The installation of the fire alarm system and the video intercom installation included in the technical design are not included in the proceedings in question. With the consent of the designer, it has been changed in relation to technical design, the way of laying the cables from flush-mounted to surface-mounted on the brackets and, with the consent of the designer, the cable supplying the lighting points and plug sockets was changed. Type and type of cable, cable holders, accessories and boxes connections is included in the bill of quantities and bill of materials. NOTE: we do not dismantle furniture - due to difficulties occurring during construction works, this fact should be taken into account in the valuation...
