Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the performance of works as part of the task entitled: Replacement of electrical and telecommunications installations in building H [location: Warsaw, ul. Powsińska]. 2. The description of the subject of the order and the method of its implementation is specified in Attachment No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order (OPZ) and in Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ - Drafted contract provisions (PPU). The order consists of two stages: 1) Stage I - including the execution of design works along with costs and transfer to the Ordering Party's proprietary copyrights and derivative rights, as well as the transfer of ownership of copies of the studies, within 3 weeks from the date of introduction to the design works from Stage I. 2) Stage II - including the performance of installation and construction works and ensuring author's supervision during the implementation of construction works, based on the above documentation, within 13 weeks from the date of commencement of Stage II works.
