Products or services: Construction of civil works The work whose execution is being tendered is called “replacement of the El Olivar community headquarters, San Juan, Coquimbo”, and includes the total execution of the Project that is delivered, including all the works described in the Technical Specifications and graphed on the plans, technical background that will be published on the Public Market Portal. The project considers the total replacement of the community headquarters, which implies the complete demolition of 333 m2 of the existing building and parking. In its place, a new infrastructure will be built for the headquarters, with an area of ​​201.38 m2 on one floor. The new headquarters will include a galvanized steel structure, reinforced concrete foundation and radiator, two entrances vehicular and pedestrian accessible multipurpose room of 83 m2 for social activities, administrative office, community kitchen, sanitary fixtures, wine cellar, universal bathrooms and shower area. In addition, the design includes water-repellent barriers and insulation thermoacoustic, installation of thermopanel windows, forced ventilation, accessible routes, exterior lighting system and folding wooden posts to protect curtain walls are considered, the above in accordance with the technical specifications of the project and its work permit.
