1) The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), through the PLM-s Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the Board of Regents for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (PhP2, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for Replacement of Dilapidated Overhead Tank of Gusaling Katipunan (GK) - Re-Bidding. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
