Replacement of a destroyed communication facility in the Rzędów Forest District with a culvert in the design and build formula The subject of this order is the replacement of a destroyed communication facility in the Rzędów Forest District with a culvert in the design and build. The subject of the order includes two main implementation stages: 1) STAGE 1 - Design and decision-making work, which consists of: a) Phase A (Concept) - development of the initial Program and Spatial Concept along with obtaining written approval the Ordering Party for the selected variant; b) Phase B (Design Documentation) - development of complete Design Documentation based on the PFU (including construction and detailed design), preparation of reports and submission on behalf of the Ordering Party of complete and correct applications for issuing an environmental decision (if required), water permit and building permit or notification of works; c) Phase C (Obtaining formal and legal decisions): proceedings before the competent public administration bodies i obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party all necessary, valid and final decisions and permits (including a water permit and a construction permit / effective notification), enabling the legal commencement of works. 2) STAGE 2 (Works construction) which includes: a) Phase A - execution of all construction and earthworks based on the Design Documentation approved by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the requirements of the PFU, Construction Law, Water Law...
