Description : Section I: INVITATION TO BID FOR REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED ROOF AND HEAT INSULATOR OF QUADRANGLE
1. The NEGROS OCCIDENTAL HIGH SCHOOL, through the School-s MOOE for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P1, 150, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Replacement of Damaged Roof and Heat Insulator of Quadrangle with PR Number: 26-07-88. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The following are the Scope of Work of the Project:
a. Repair of Roofing in Quadrangle with replacement of thirty nine (39) units Air Ventilator;
b. Replacement of entire damaged gutter and down spout; and
c. Replacement of damaged awning roof in Main Building (South and East sides)
2. The NEGROS OCCIDENTAL HIGH SCHOOL now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for ten (10) days with the following specific dates for working: a) August 2026: 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 29 &30; and b) September 2026: 5&6.
