Tender Details

In the context of the dynamic expansion in the use of new technologies and the required speed of adaptation to continuous developments, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs hereby articulates the necessity of supplying end-user computer equipment (portable and fixed) for the execution of tasks.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs uses several computers that are old, non-upgradable and their operating system is not supported. At the same time, in several cases, Active Directory Directory Services are absent, making it difficult to manage the Computersand ensuring their operation. The continuous modernization of the Agency with new applications requires the continuous upgrading of computerized office equipment, while at the same time the possibilities of conducting checks and tasks outside the closed workplace are increasing. In addition, you need to calthere are needs for printing-scanning devices as the existing equipment has exceeded eight (8) consecutive years of operation. (Para. 1.3 and Appendix I of the Declaration)
