The residences located at Place des Tourterelles as well as the rump buildings 357, 359 - 361.363 - Davy 10.12 date from the 80s. - The boilers date from construction and have never been the subject of renovation and compliance; - The heating breakdowns are recurrent; - The boilers are less efficient and energy -consuming. In order to solve these problems, it is planned to carry out in lot 1: - the compliance of the boiler room (electricity, gas and ventilation); - the replacement of existing boilers by latest generation condensing boilers in order to save energy and reduce rental charges; - the implementation of a new regulation; - Insulation of heating pipes. The ten oldest individual boilers are to be replaced because they are always atmospheric. The installation of efficient boilers will allow tenants to reduce their expenses.
