This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. All solicitation documents will be available on or about May 29, 2026, online at SAM.gov. The solicitation when posted on or about May 29, 2026, online to SAM.gov will contain all necessary proposal instructions.
Proposals will only be requested and accepted from Vendors that are verified and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be verified in the Small Business Administration s (SBA) SBA Dynamic Small Business Search (SBA DSBS) (https://dsbs.sba.gov/search/dsp_dsbs.cfm )as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) from the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21.
