The project involves the removal of the existing system and the installation of a new elastomeric membrane roof, with adjustment of internal drains, parapets, overflows, mechanical supports and metal flashings. Mechanical and electrical equipment will have to be temporarily removed, protected, then reinstalled. The consultant must also integrate sustainable deconstruction principles to reduce waste during the future replacement of the roof, in accordance with the environmental objectives of SPAC.
